“The team that orchestrated a family birthday party was superb from beginning to end. To celebrate a big birthday, we opted to have a dinner at our house. This included 8 adults and 8 children. Across the Board sent the most knowledgeable and friendly staff who were able to make a meal that everyone loved! They served the most beautiful appetizers and chatted with the kids about what was what. They even explained some of their techniques to whoever asked.

The meal was amazing and presented with top notch care. It was so nice to be able to chat and enjoy a delicious meal with our family. By the time we'd gotten up from the table, the kitchen was cleaned. I couldn't believe it! Thank you for such an amazing dinner and stress free hosting. This was better than any restaurant we could have taken that many adults and kids to. We appreciate your talents and hard work so much!”

"I have known Ryan Trimm for years after working for him at Sweet Grass and recently hired his team to cater the after party at WYXR's Raised By Sound Fest where we had over 400 attendees. "I planned a very special 40th birthday party with a sparkly mermaid theme and Across the Board went above and beyond to create two amazing platters for the event. I worked with Elizabeth to create two charcuterie platters and could not have been more thrilled with how they turned out. The Across the Board team really understood the assignment and created two masterpieces with edible glitter, sea-themed garnishes, and other mermaid-themed touches. They were a huge hit and the birthday girl was blown away."

"We had Across the Board cater our wedding. We already knew going in that we loved their food, but they truly went above and beyond what we could have hoped for. We asked for a "to go" food theme and they ran with it, creating mini sliders, hot dogs, tacos, noodles, and much more to fit our theme. They tracked down all of the adorable packaging and disposables for the theme, like tiny fast food burger boxes and mini chopsticks, and even created stickers for our "Wedding logo" - it was amazing! We had so many friends and family tell us that the food was the best and most fun they had ever had at a wedding. And on top of all of that, they handled the bartending for us amazingly as well. Their staff is all so kind and sweet and every single person who was working for Across the Board that day genuinely seemed like they were happy to be there. Lastly they saved all of the leftover food and drinks for us and had it back to us within 12 hours of the end of the wedding. I really can't say enough how amazing this team is to work with. Marisa's food is absolutely perfect and delicious every single time. I highly recommend them for your next event big or small - they will take your ideas and vision and run with it and make it better than you ever dreamed of!"
