Across the Board Catering has been a long term development from Chef Ryan Trimm. For over ten years, he worked closely with Executive Chef, Marisa Griffith, to create and cultivate what has now become a reality. From breakfast to dinner, and backyard bbq's to elegant dining, Chefs Ryan and Marisa expand on all of our catering needs.
Chefs Ryan Trimm and Marisa Griffith come from a unique history. Both have worked and operated many successful restaurants before expanding into catering. Bistros and Steakhouses are just the tip of the iceberg for our group. Enjoy an elegant dining experience in one of our private venues or your own home.
Allow us to put together an assortment of biscuit sandwiches, and yogurt parfaits; or wraps, sandwiches, and salads. Across the Board works closely with Sunrise Memphis, as well as creates our own executive boxed lunches for those on the go.

At Across the Board Catering we showcase unique menus and excellent service with tailor-made selections made for any need. When we say Across the Board, we mean it.
We accommodate corporate boxed luncheons, wedding receptions, coursed dinners paired with wine, and even backyard barbecues or crawfish boils. From seated dinners, buffet-style dining, passed hors d'oeuvres to boxed meals, we work with you to build a custom menu for your event!
